From the first call to signing the closing papers Nick Grant was there to assist and answer any questions I had. I've started gathering information about different companies to show my husband, that way he'll have choices and he'll choose what would be best for us.
After showing him the numbers of 6 different companies, he didn't choose Rocket Mortgage, I've called Cass to let him know of his decision . He is so helpful, and understanding, he was also there to answer whatever questions we had about our loan.
I know he is doing his job, but He is passionate about what he does , and he loves doing it, that's what was different from the other companies a gather information from.
We are just about to close (07-14-2016) , and we are excited about how fast the process was.
My boss recommended Rocket Mortgage, My good luck was having Cass answering my call .
