Rick was always available when I needed him. If he didn't have the answer he didn't stop until he found the solution. I've never had a loan officer as efficient and caring as Rick . In fact Anessa and the entire team were amazing. Even when Rick was on vacation, his supervisor picked up the reins and gave the same kind of care and concern as Rick.
