Isaac is professional, friendly and courteous at all times. He is, without a doubt, the most diligent loan officer that you will ever have. He is prompt and reliable at all times. He was not familiar with some terms like 'in law suite', and some processes such as incorporating closing costs into escrow payments. He was quick to learn however, once they were explained.
