Shane is very professional and handled the initial phase of my loan process very well. Communication and phone call return was accurate and prompt. He kept me informed about the loan application progress. An upfront overview or the loan process and hand-off to another loan processor would have been helpful.

Ted was great! Ted and I initially communicated via online chat. We discussed my existing loan details and he said my rate was high and thinks he can do better. I was intrigued! My previous loan process with Rocket Mortgage was smooth and quick so figured, let's try it again.
