Where do I start!! From start to end it was a very pleasant process. Rana is very professional, friendly and able to help resolve issues during the loan process. She pays attention to the details and provides great customer service. Rocket Mortgage in general I would not give four stars to. While Rana was on her wedding vacation, her staff did not back her and our loan was delayed, in addition to some other issues we experienced at Rocket Mortgage.
