Adam and the Rocket Mortgage team was fun to work with. Adam is very knowledgeable and broke down the loan in every specific aspect I requested. Most mortgage firms will tell you general facts about the loan but don't get into the weeds with several options. I appreciate his passion for finding the right loan. Adam was also very flexible with my schedule, which is very appreciated.

If you were even thinking if it would be worth it to refinance, do it now!! We got a 2.75% rate on a 10 or 15 yr loan. They make it so easy with their Rocket Mortgage online banking where you can upload or fax documents directly to your representative. This our second refinance with Rocket Mortgage and they really have the best service, rates and loan options to suit your individual needs.

Gordon was very truthful from the start. I told him i've been scammed before with hidden costs, etc. He assured me that everything is upfront and nothing will be hidden. I can't believe how easy the whole process was. I have recommended Gordon to a few people already. I'm glad he was there to assist all the way through.
