Sam was the main reason I went with Rocket Mortgage or stayed with them. As soon as I started the loan process my loan company that I had my loan with contacted me and wanted me to refinance with them. Sam helped me through the loan process so it was very easy. When I first saw all the documents and papers that I had to fill out I almost threw in the towel. Sam talked me through them and we worked them one at a time. He stayed on the phone with me while I filled them out and made the process very easy. Sam needs more than a 5 star in my book. Very nice and professional, he also kept me informed as to how the loan was going and what he thought. Sam added a personal touch that you can not teach, he is a natural and it was a pleasure to work with him.
