We'd like to take this time to recommend Jake to anyone who is interested in the refinance process. I had initially gone onto the Rocket Mortgage "Rocket Loan" site and got stuck trying to find my bank in their database. When I called in, the initial Customer Service Rep recommend that I talk to someone in the Refinance Team. I'm so happy that we we were hooked up with Jake.
He was very thorough in his explanation of how the process works, what our options were and how we could move forward. All of his estimates and calculations were conservative by design, so we were pleasantly surprised by the final numbers. We tried working with our local bank first and it just didn't happen for us.
