The seller would not accept a FHA loan. Less than 24 hours after letting Jimmy know this through Ms. Dial I have a conventional loan estimate that is as good, if not better than, the previous one. Great customer service - much more responsive and helpful than the credit union I have been banking with for over ten years.

This refinance was top notch, I have done a couple of these but none that went as smooth as this one. when the numbers were quoted to me I assumed that they would change a bit but they really didn't change much at all.
