- we compared their rates against our current mortgage holder and Rocket Mortgages was lower.
- the last experience with them was a great experience so no hesitation to use them again.
- their online process makes it quick and very easy.
- they use a team approach where your first contact, Alex I this case, oversee the whole process; however, they hand you off to various experts along the process. This way you always have an expert your dealing with.
- for the closing they send an experienced notary to your home, 30 minutes in your home and your finished!
Alex spent a significant amount of time looking at various options for us and was able to find one we were very comfortable with.
