He was professional, understanding, explained all my questions until I understood, returned all my calls, calmed my fears, he has patience and I grow to trust him. After a time I had to move to the next loan officer. It was hard to leave but he assured me he would be with me until closing...Engineered to Amaze. That is trust!!! Tracy did a great job keeping us in the loop, answering questions including a couple of follow up items after we were passed along to the support team process. Rocket Mortgage does a great job at customer service! The only regret was that Tracy was unable to get us tickets to a CAVs game at Rocket Mortgage arena (just kidding!)
