Rocket Mortgage does a great job at customer service! The only regret was that Tracy was unable to get us tickets to a CAVs game at Rocket Mortgage arena (just kidding!)

The trials and tribulations I went through for the past 8 years in trying to get a mortgage all came to an end in my first conversation with Anna and the Rocket Mortgage folks. While everyone else I dealt with seems to have a "can't do" attitude and approach, Anna is CAN DO all the way and does it with the most professional, friendly and optimistic attitude I have ever come across. Dan was great to work with and really appreciate the fact that he was willing to call me on my schedule, even if that was 10:30 at night.
