I do not know what they are talking about because i had Zach on my side .
Got a great rate and the process was smooth .

It sounds strange to say that a refinance was a pleasure, but it was. Andrew (Tidyman) was a pleasure to work with and he informed me of every step in/of the process. I've refinanced 2 times with another company and the experience with Rocket Mortgage has been the best by far with their transparency of the process.
