I am not a financial person at all but I knew the situation I was in with my mortgage loan was not right. Every time I turned around it was being sold to another company and if I called no one knew a thing about my loan and history..basically I was just a number and a check. I received an offer in the mail from Rocket Mortgage and had seen many ads on TV and I gave it a shot.

Stefan became my loan officer and lead me through the whole process, meeting all of my needs, not his companies. He spoke to me in a manner that I could understand and the trust that was developed was profound. I will recommend Stefan and Rocket Mortgage to all of my friends and family, and have already started, without a shadow of a doubt that they too will have the same positive experience that I did with Stefan. He is extremely professional, patient, thorough, kind, understanding and most importantly a fine example of a human being-something we don't find in his position anymore.

Alyssa made refinancing so easy she was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. She always called me when she said she would and made herself available when I needed her. Kyle went overboard trying to work with us...Ouick loans had a policy that we just couldn't meet..it would have cost us so much money we would need another loan..Kyle listen to our explanation and took it to the higher-up...they also understood and after reviewing , granted us our loan....
