Sam was the main reason I went with Rocket Mortgage or stayed with them. As soon as I started the loan process my loan company that I had my loan with contacted me and wanted me to refinance with them. Sam helped me through the loan process so it was very easy. He stayed on the phone with me while I filled them out and made the process very easy. Sam needs more than a 5 star in my book. Very nice and professional, he also kept me informed as to how the loan was going and what he thought. Sam added a personal touch that you can not teach, he is a natural and it was a pleasure to work with him.
