Robert was amazing! He was so very helpful and went way above and beyond to reassure my husband and I with refinancing our home, even staying up late to answer all our questions. He even went above the call of duty and tried to help me fix my printer/scanner over the phone. He was very personable and had a sense of humor that helped make us feel comfortable. Even though Rocket Mortgage was highly recommended on the internet by JD Powers and by a trusted colleague, I must admit I still had reservations. I don't know why? Wingyee went above and beyond in the execution of this refinance. Sincere, friendly, courteous are only a few of the adjectives that I can use to describe our dealings with her. She kept us apprised of the status of the loan from start to finish. I've taken out a few mortgages in my 63+ years and she is hands down the best. Keep it up!!!
