Tracy did a great job keeping us in the loop, answering questions including a couple of follow up items after we were passed along to the support team process. Rocket Mortgage does a great job at customer service! The only regret was that Tracy was unable to get us tickets to a CAVs game at Rocket Mortgage arena (just kidding!)
