Nathan was so helpful in the process of buying our dream home. He made sure we had everything we needed timely to ensure a quick and easy close. If I had any questions he would give a detail answer and make sure I understood. He was also available whenever I needed him. If I was having any problems he was quick to jump on it to help me out. We'd like to take this time to recommend Jake to anyone who is interested in the refinance process. I had initially gone onto the Rocket Mortgage "Rocket Loan" site and got stuck trying to find my bank in their database. He was very thorough in his explanation of how the process works, what our options were and how we could move forward. All of his estimates and calculations were conservative by design, so we were pleasantly surprised by the final numbers. We tried working with our local bank first and it just didn't happen for us.
