Believe me when I tell you that because of the line of work I did for 29 years, I am no stranger to customer service. There are folks that don't know that a good first contact if your main line of support is critical in dealing with any company on a regular basis. An outside sales rep, an order desk person, or an overall manager of a facility knows that you are only as good as your first contact, and without him or her, a company is worthless without him or her. Such is the case with Daniel Rogers. I would have not spoken to another person with Rocket Mortgage had Daniel assured me with his actions, and work ethic. I would go as far as to say that Daniel Rogers is the reason I did my refinance with Rocket Mortgage, and I could, with an 820 credit score, have picked ANY company to refinance with and would have gotten an OK!
