I can't say enough how impressed I am with the refinance process I went through with Rocket Mortgage. I have purchased many homes through the years, and refinanced many of the loans in the past. This by far was the most efficient, smooth, and even simple refinance I have ever experienced. Why anyone would even consider another mortgage company than Rocket Mortgage would be baffling. Joe Vinson handled my loan, you may notice he has the same name as me. Joe Vinson is my son, and I couldn't be prouder of his dedication and expertise with mortgage refinancing. As I stated above, Rocket Mortgage hires the very best. Joe Vinson is one outstanding mortgage banker, and proud to have had him take care of my mortgage needs. My personal experience with Liliana was she was aggressive & eager to get the ball rolling. Several days after the process was underway, she made a comment to me about home values in my area and implied that I over stated the value of our home prior to the appraisal. That didn't sit well with me.
