When I called Rocket Mortgage I was apprehensive about them being able to help. I spoke with Kyle who was courteous and professional and did not give me false hope. He answered all of my questions with honesty and integrity. 3 Weeks later we were able to close our loan. If I had to go and get another refinance or new home loan I would definitely go through Rocket Mortgage again. Ask for Kyle.
