We had originally spoken to someone else months prior to having Scott lead us through the process of refinancing. We had a few loose ends to tie up on our end before we could proceed. Lord the guy who answered the phone, Very pleasant understood my needs, even went a far as helping me with things in the loan app. Very knowledgeable he knew how to go about making this work.
