George explained, in easy to understand terms, how we could save almost 3 percentage points if we were to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. Jeff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He basically held our hand the entire way to make sure we did everything we needed to on our end and kept us in the loop with great communication.
