John, Was very helpful as I was able to do my whole loan over the internet!!! I needed to refinance my house as it was all paid for but had some credit card debt from the flood Irene which needed to go away as I was paying 21% interest on to much lower interest!!! The whole mortgage was handled easlie by John and his team with no rudeness from anyone as way over the hill!! The mortgage process is a pain and can get very frustrating. It helps when your emails and phone calls are returned quickly and Eliz always returned my emails and phone calls promptly. She was patient and helpful throughout the loan process.
