My husband and I managed to get ourselves in a financial bind and really needed this refinance. WE were at our wits end with the whole refinancing process. We had been given the run around by several other financial institutions full of false hopes and fake pretenses. We had been given the run around by several other financial institutions full of false hopes and fake pretenses. Late one evening Robert called me and to be quite honest, I didn't want to hear a thing he had to say. The last thing I wanted was to jump through hoops for no reason, again. He kept asking us to trust him and that he would take care of us. After what we had been through we were rather cynical but didn't stay that way for long. He was sincere. He was genuine. He was knowledgeable. Most of all, he was honest. The day after speaking with him and starting the process, I was back to freaking out thinking Rocket Mortgage was going to pull the same shenanigans the other lenders had. Once again, he assured me that this was an easy process and he would help us every step of the way. He has held true to his word. I have bugged him numerous times throughout the process and he has always been there to listen to my concerns, answer any questions and if by chance he doesn't have the answer he gets it. In today's world, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It is refreshing to know that there are still people like Robert out there who actually know what customer service is and strive to be the best. Bravo to Rocket Mortgage for having him as part of the team. Robert has saved our family from financial ruin. I guess you could say he is our personal loan hero!
