If I wouldn't have had Scott for the person to "deal with".. I probably would have gone elsewhere for my loan. He was so easy to work with and truly knows what customer service and care are. My husband and I were looking into refinancing our home. We filled out some information on the Internet and Kris from Rocket Mortgage called us. Although I had heard about Rocket Mortgage, I never, in the past, did any business with them. I asked Kris some preliminary questions about the possibility of lowering my current interest rate and dropping my 30 year loan down to 15 years. Kris ...My husband and I were looking into refinancing our home. We filled out some information on the Internet and Kris from Rocket Mortgage called us. Although I had heard about Rocket Mortgage, I never, in the past, did any business with them. I asked Kris some preliminary questions about the possibility of lowering my current interest rate and dropping my 30 year loan down to 15 years. Kris answered some of my questions but mentioned that w/out my social security number, he could not go much further. I was hesitant to provide this information as I didn't want a ding against my credit. I was also very skeptical about working with an on-line mortgage company. I refused, at first, to provide this information and asked Kris to continue to work with me using "hypothetical information". Kris was patient with me, did as much as he could w/out my SSN, but was eventually able to convince me to take the next step.

The next day, he spoke with my husband who was even more skeptical then me! Kris was eventually able to ease all my husbands worries/concerns. In the end, his professionalism, knowledge base and excellent customer service won us both over.

When Kris handed us off to the next responsible person in the loan process, I was not satisfied with the service I received from this next individual. So I continued to communicate directly with Kris. He obliged me and continued to provide the service I required to continue with the process.

Kris, stayed on until the end. He was awesome! Rocket Mortgage is fortunate to have Kris in their employ. He should be lauded for his excellent customer service! Kudos to Kris and Rocket Mortgage; we closed on our loan in record time! Read MoreRead Less

Andrew was awesome. I had same day credit approval. When my first offer on a home fell through, I was so down, but Andrew was so encouraging. When I finally found another home, Andrew made everything happen on my loan with ease. He had answers before I had questions. I highly recommend Andrew to all looking to purchase a home.
