I called Rocket Mortgage because of your advertising. I stayed and completed my loan with you because of the great service from Tracy. It can be very difficult to navigate the refinance of a home but even more so when you are a little older and need a bit more guidance and patience from the service provider.

Tracy was very patient with me guiding me through the process. Tracy promptly responded to every question I had, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was stress free because I knew Tracy was going to make sure everything went as he described. I got a great loan, excellent service and it was a very fast process.
