I have had two loans through Rocket Mortgage. After many calls and and comparing offers, I ended up with the best offer and absolutely the best service I have ever had with any type of business I've conducted. I met Jill Patel because of the first loan and she was not only friendly and professional, but on the ball from beginning to end! I looked into a refinance on my home on March 4, 2016 Kris combined 3 loans, PMI, had the home appraised, lock in a very low fixed interest rate all in 11 days...Yep..AMAZING !!!... Final loans papers were signed on March 21, 2016 and moneys distributed by the 25th...
