I was referred to Rocket Mortgage by a family member who had a wonderful experience with them. I decided to try them out and what a surprise I got. Jill Patel was my mortgage banker and I will never again use anyone but her. Jill is so pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to combine my equity loan that had a variable rate into my mortgage payment at a fixed rate ...I was referred to Rocket Mortgage by a family member who had a wonderful experience with them. I decided to try them out and what a surprise I got. Jill Patel was my mortgage banker and I will never again use anyone but her. Jill is so pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to combine my equity loan that had a variable rate into my mortgage payment at a fixed rate without increasing my monthly payment by a penny due to lowering my interest rate. In addition, she managed to help me pay off all my credit card debt and was able to save me over $800. every month. As a retiree, that is so important. I will never again use a local bank. Rocket Mortgage deserves it's name. This process is so quick and easy. Everything is on line and you are guided every step of the way. Jill returns all phone calls very quickly and has never gotten frustrated with my barrage of questions, sometimes the same ones over and over until I understood completely. Worjing with Rocket Mortgage was the best financial decison I made. I refinanced with them just 2 years after u purchased my home with Wells Fargo under and FHA loan. Ember advised me that I was qualified to have my FHA removed and refinance under a conventional loan. Ember was so patient to explain things with me step by step and was even more patient and understanding with my work schedule ...Worjing with Rocket Mortgage was the best financial decison I made. What was different with Ember versus my first loan officer was that Ember wasn't so overbearing. She was organized and you can just tell she had a lot of experience with her job. She wasn't like my first loan officer who made the experience of buying a home a nightmare and constantly losing my paper work and refaxing information. The way that Rocket Mortgage is setup it doesn't allow anyone to lose any important and official documents. This made very comfortable. In fact, Ember and her team made me feel comfortable with my decision to refinance with them overall. When I closed on my house she called to confirm if everything went as smooth as she had explained it would be.
