Not only is a great person outside of Rocket Mortgage, but a great Loan Officer within Rocket Mortgage. Nik is good at explaining the loan process to the first time home buyer and makes it seem like such an easy process! He also is great at keeping us in the know about the changing interest rates too in the event we would want to refinance (which we have). There is no reason for me to recommend ...Not only is a great person outside of Rocket Mortgage, but a great Loan Officer within Rocket Mortgage. When I contacted Rocket Mortgage Gina is the one that took the call. We refinanced our home with her and Gina made the whole process easy to understand and very quick. Gina answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend contacting Gina for financing or refinance, in fact, I did, my mother also refinanced with Gina.
