This woman was very patient with me, I answered the phone and was kind of rude because of all the phone calls I was getting from other loan companies. I'm not a technological person and she was there helping me every step of the way being patient with me. I literally was barely making it with bills after hitting a cow with my truck, and now I'm able to get another one, consolidate high interest loans and do some maintenance repairs on my house at the same time, and put money in my savings. Sitting with your debt is anxiety producing, let's face it, adulting is hard. Then Lex called. Lex listened without judgement, explained everything so clearly and guided me every step of the way from that first call to closing. Lex genuinely cares about you reaching your financial goals. I don't know if Rocket has a "Best Banker Ever Award" but Lex gets my vote!
