There were two times I did not find adequate answers from other Q people assigned to my mortgage and she would help when I called. In summary, she became my very able advisor and single-point (my decision) contact within Q. She was way above any normal level of helpful and friendly, on anyone's scale! Because I know Detroit, and where the Q officees are, we even shared comments about local eating establishments in the area. (Roasting Plant!) Nice to have a "real" person to help me, and NOT just another voice on the other end of the line.
