Wow! Where do I begin this review of Cass. Well, let me go back to a year ago when I made my first phone call. I told Cass about my home at the beach, my lifestyle, and why I wanted to refinance the mortgage to a lower interest rate. Cass listened and immediately drew up a plan. Then the problem, began, and it was all about me. You see, I had spoken to countless mortgage brokers who wanted to...Wow! Where do I begin this review of Cass. Well, let me go back to a year ago when I made my first phone call. I told Cass about my home at the beach, my lifestyle, and why I wanted to refinance the mortgage to a lower interest rate. Cass listened and immediately drew up a plan. Then the problem, began, and it was all about me. You see, I had spoken to countless mortgage brokers who wanted to engage you to spend money without any real chance to obtain a refinance. I bought my house high and when the market dipped, the house fell underwater. Yikes! Could Cass be for real? The market was up...? Was there a possibility I could close with a new mortgage rate? I talked myself out of continuing the discussion with Cass. I gave up. He didn't! He called me periodically to chat. He remembered the story about the book I had written. Rocket Mortgage and Jill Patel were absolutely great to work with! I have now completed two re-finance's and one new loan with them. Each one was quick and straightforward.
