Joseph helped me when Others made it sound like I could not get a better interest rate ...or had enough equity in my house to refinance at a better rate. Turned out I had 3o,ooo equity since purchase price 3 yrs prior and all paperwork was done online and on phone with final paperwork brought to my home.
Additionally Rocket Mortgage has an excellent rating if you look them up.

Garrett was wonderful to work with always got back with me and was as helpful as he could be given the limits on his part of the loan process. If I could just have dealt with Garrett I feel the loan process would have gone fine and all the problems that arose from his co-workers not being as truthful and diligent may not have occurred.
