communication was great. I could always get in touch with someone that could answer my question/concerns. I liked the closing at my home!!! They did slip in the loan costs to me.....where I was assured I would only have to pay my remaining balance. About 3 grand.......but interest rate made it ok for me........cut my loan to 20 years.
