He never waivered in his expert help and understanding of the complexity of my situation. Did I ever meet him face to face- no, but our working relationship exceeded anything I could have hoped for. He never stopped listening to me and helping me. As a result my life is getting back on track and I was able to stay in the home I built and raised my children in.
