I thought Nicholas did a great job. He explained everything to me and there were no surprises. In fact I have been telling everyone that I get into a discussion about refinancing to call him and he will take care of you. There were others that I spoke to outside of Rocket Mortgage that told me he would never follow through and that I would not have a good experience. We they were all wrong.

Sarah was a wonderful and integral part of the team at Rocket Mortgage that, during an incredibly difficult time in my life, took the fear and worry of refinancing my home away from me. Literally, if they had not been willing and able to go out of their way for me, I doubt if I would be living in the home that I have lived in since 1992. The home that was my family's "Dream Home".
