We've tried to get loans elsewhere and been told our debt to income ratio was too off balanced . We are both self employed and by the time we wrote off business expenses, our net income was not enough to have a loan go through. Thanks to Greg we were able to get the loan and saved almost $2000 a month with this new loan. Thanks a million Greg!

I can't tell you enough how helpful Sean was in this whole process. He walked my Wife & I thru all the necessary steps and in no time had us qualifying for a new ReFi. Couldn't have been happier with anyone else. Sean made the experience an eye opener for us as his professional courtesy and friendship shone through. He was literally available to us all day as I start my day in California at ...I can't tell you enough how helpful Sean was in this whole process. Donnie was great. He got me started out and then handed me off to the rest of the team. We hit a snag in the process a couple of times and I went back to him with questions.
