When we started working with Ritchie I was real worried that he would be the typical salesman and call me when it was only good for him and not be able to answer our questions. I was so wrong. Ritchie would call on time, and when he could not he would shoot me an email to let me know he was running late. He answered every question, or would find someone to get the answer to him so he could get it ...When we started working with Ritchie I was real worried that he would be the typical salesman and call me when it was only good for him and not be able to answer our questions. I was so wrong. Ritchie would call on time, and when he could not he would shoot me an email to let me know he was running late. He answered every question, or would find someone to get the answer to him so he could get it to me.

There were some hiccups in the process, but Ritchie worked to smooth them over with out much work on my part.
