Brian is VERY knowledgeable in the mortgage process. He was patient, had answers to my questions, kept me well informed and he knew what loan would work best for me. Robert is a true business professional, and he treats you like family!! He always got back to me in a timely manner when I emailed/called with questions about the loan. Josh was thorough, patient and upfront with us throughout the whole process of 4 months, even when every other lender said no, even Rocket Mortgage said no before Josh got involved. He saw our struggle, how tight funds were and worked with us (we were a little slow to get our paperwork in) to finally fund our loan and with no cash out we were able to eliminate four monthly payments with our ...Josh was thorough, patient and upfront with us throughout the whole process of 4 months, even when every other lender said no, even Rocket Mortgage said no before Josh got involved.
