I would like to preface this review by saying both my original mortgage and first refinance (a year after purchase) experiences were awful. My husband and I were very reluctant to go through this process again but due to a change in household income, felt it somewhat necessary to at least give it a try. We had even been told by out own bank that no refinance options were right for our situation.

From the first conversation I had with Kyler, I felt at ease. He was polite, professional and most importantly, patient. I expressed my concerns up front, and he was always ready to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns. He kept in touch almost daily and we were never left in the dark as to the status of our application. I especially liked that he asked questions about our family, made it personal. I never felt like a number. It only took about 2 weeks to complete a streamline FHA refi and we couldn't be happier! I have already recommended Kyler to my family and friends. I worked in retail for almost 20 years, and I know that complaints are heard more than compliments. Our loan process was fabulous. It took 6 days from start to finish to refinance our home. Was able to do it all online and they even sent a notary to sign our documents to us while we were on vacation in another state. Second time we have used Rocket Mortgage and we would absolutely call them first if and when we ever need another!
