Eric, my experience with you was very good. Unfortunately, I suggested Rocket Mortgage to my daughter and she had a very poor experience with the folks they assigned to her. She eventually, after many months of poor service, left Rocket Mortgages and now is going to go ahead with another mortgage company. Adam and I share the same last name, which is no accident, but I must say that I didn't realize his knowledge base entirely until I really started digging in swapping a 7/1 for a 30 and a HELOC vs a higher 1st, basically trying every possible combination. The point being is that I'm very impressed with him, which is a lot to say coming from a younger brother. He get's my vote of approval!

He was able to obtain a very competitive rate, explained the process, told me the documentation required and got me started. The Rocket Mortgage process was easy and their Rocket Mortgage tracking system kept me up to date throughout the process.
