Right from the get go Josh was there! Knowledgeable, motivated and a "people person"! It was my 3rd REFI with Rocket and Josh made this one go smoothly as my other two did. Steve who talked with me initially (...THEE Air Force Man!..) took care of Veterans loans and was super nice and explained a few things before turning me over to Josh who was great!
