Aaron was wonderful to work with. He understands the loan process and is there to guide you through this overwhelming process. The home loan process is not quick and I didn’t find the process any faster than using a traditional bank. But what set Rocket Mortage apart was Aaron. I am a business owner and buying a home in another state so much of our home search and paperwork happened on the weekend. We enjoyed working with Aaron so much, that what started as a loan for vacation home turned into us refinancing our house and our other rental property. The other area where Rocket Mortage trump the traditional banks is it was about just our loan. We approached Aaron about refinancing our other properties (due to interest rates dropping). When you go into a traditional bank, you have their customer service people trying to get you to use the banks credit card or they try to get you to use their credit card processing service when they find out you’re self employed.
