Gave the numbers involved. Reviewed our credit card debt in relationship to the mortgage application. He even put us in touch with real estate agent to help us find a new home and still be on the look out for any changes in the sale status of the original home we were trying to buy. That real estate agent's name was Jeremiah. He was also awesome. In the end we decided to remodel our existing home.
