5 stars! Well deserved Adam

Adam was exceptional. During our first conversation with him, we went over all what was involved with the refinance, and we signed the original paperwork on that same call. He was extremely patient with our questions (even after the loan had already been approved). Closed in about 10 days. Outstanding service! Thank you, Adam.

Knowledgeable and patient. It pains me to give any former Marine five stars but he did a good job and is a nice guy.

Adam was wonderful. Great at answering questions, very efficient and attentive. He did a great job when I called at first and wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. He came up with a wonderful solution and we closed in 20 days. I would certainly recommend Adam to anyone 🙂
Annie James

4th time I used Rocket and 100% easy and helpful. Adam was no exception and very quick. I would recommend to anyone.

Adam was amazing and helpful and prompt. However, this process took longer than ever and when I would call Adam, he was always willing to find out and tell me that he didn't understand why it was taking so long and that it shouldn't be as all my paperwork was there and how sorry he was. So, Adman is a super star but not the underwriter.
