I have refinanced a couple of times with Rocket Mortgage and it has always been an ok process, but this time I had Adam Johnson and he was wonderful. I can't say enough about how kind and patient he was with me. He was always there to answer all of my questions and there were many. He was always polite and considerate when having to deal with me. I have finished many homes over the years, and typically over a 5 to 8 year period refinance at least once. I have to say HANDS DOWN this was my best experience in over 35 years of owning a home.
