"Always Available" is how I would describe Adam. He checked in weekly until my previous home was sold (which too a long time during the holidays). He kept my loan up to date and ready when the home sold and I was ready to purchase the new home. I think he was just as excited as I was after waiting for things to fall into place after 6 months! Once he flipped the switch, it went as smooth as glass...."Always Available" is how I would describe Adam.
