I am posting this to let Rocket Mortgage know how blessed they are to have Adam Orley. I have been going through a refinance for the last 2 months and was getting very frustrated. I sent out a group email to every Rocket Mortgage email account I had expressing my frustration. Adam stepped up and contacted me personally to handle the issue. He looked into the file, and with a little human ...I am posting this to let Rocket Mortgage know how blessed they are to have Adam Orley. Adam stepped up and contacted me personally to handle the issue. He looked into the file, and with a little human communciation he was able to connect the dots and reach out to the correct people to push this refinacne over the finish line. He has stayed in contact with me and I am now happy with Rocket Mortgage again.

Adam went far and above and I really appreciate his efforts. I am really impressed and I just wanted to let Rocket Mortgage know how lucky they are to have him.
