The process ultimately took a couple of months to complete, during which time we continued paying a higher interest rate. This added unnecessary stress and financial impact that could have been avoided with more efficient handling.

Communication was a consistent issue. Adam was sometimes curt in his responses and didn’t always address our questions directly, which made it difficult to feel confident or informed throughout the process. Transparency and responsiveness were lacking, and we often felt like we had to chase down clear answers.

Overall, we would rate the experience a “D” in terms of communication, transparency, and speed. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements for future customers.Read MoreRead Less
