I think the entire process took about three and a half week almost exactly one month, their processes are very well laid out I know at all times what was needed and I provided that information. I had considerable equitity in my home and I pulled some money out to pay off my rental property so this entire process was a complete win win for me, refi'd my personal residence, paid off my rental, and reduced my mortgage by $1000.00. I purchased my home in 2006 at the height of the market before the bubble burst and the market crashed. Over the next 12 years I saw my mortgage go severely under water and it dragged my financial health through the mud. The 1st mortgage was 80% and the 2nd mortgage 10% of the original purchase. That is until I met Alan Aryanpur. Not only was Alan a gentleman, funny and a brilliant financial mind, he was also very understanding of my plight. I was not someone in dire need of a refinance and I figured I would humor myself in investigating whether Rocket Mortgage could really help me. The value of my home was rebounding, I always paid my bills and my credit was great, so Alan went to work on my case. He was quick to find a solution that consolidated my mortgages, dropped my mortgage rate and shortened the term of my loan.
