Hands down worst experience avoid rocket like the plague. Throw out numbers before actually knowing the final numbers. If it wasn't for certain circumstances I would not have used them. On the other hand redfin was great.

Alan, was very helpful and professional, always kept us updated and checking on us during these 2 years. Softspoken, polite and friendly person, though we missed him meeting in person on the closing day.
Answered our calls whenever we needed clarifications and help, even while he was traveling, he called us.
