It was like dealing with someone who was ready from a script and when I asked questions it was resolved to going back to read from a script. Very unhappy with the company as a whole. Started back in June and closed in October due to them not taking care of verifications and other verificationsrunning out due to the slow pace.

From first phone call all the way thru to this morning's closing, Alan remained in contact and answered all my questions, even the ridiculous questions I might have had at the beginning. Certainly there are no questions at all about quality of customer service Alan provided.
